Hello! I'm trying to get my master pages in an order that's convenient for me. I've seen these instructions elsewhere, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Can you please tell me, once I choose the master page, where do I find "format"? I appreciate your help. I'm very new to InDesign, and I think I'm learning fairly quickly. I just want to continue to learn how to make things easier! Thank you so much!

Thank you! I did post in the InDesign forum once it was brought to my attention that I had asked in the wrong place. I appreciate your help!

Hi,

Just click on the master page name(not the page but the name) you want to move example 'Master B".(ensure it gets highlighted, blue in my case)

Then just drag (your icon will change to a small hand) it to change the order.

You will see a line indicating the new position.

Thank you! I will definitely try this! I thought I tried this, but maybe I was clicking on the pages rather than the name. I really appreciate it! I will try and let you know if it works! have a wonderful day!
