sketchup autosave files location

ive been designing something for the past couple of day without saving and my mac died on me and when i restarted everything was gone unfortunately,  is there any way i can get the file back, im freaking out it is for an assignment that due in a couple of days, i have my settings on autosave but i cant seem to find the file in finder  i downloaded sketch up through creative cloud i think everyone does and i can't find any documents besides one that i saved a long time ago for a different assessment. please helpppp!

I can. I just need to know which product. If it's SketchUp, though, that's not an Adobe product so I won't be able to move it if that's the product you're needing help with.

SketchUp isn't one of our products but I wanted to check that you weren't writing about Photoshop (you've actually posted in the PS Sketch (a mobile app) forum.
