I have more than thousand images i need to update the metadata from CSV file. The CSV file having only file names and resolution and date. The script needs to match the file name from CSV and update the same to image meta
Is this possible via bridge scripting.

The common export/import options are mentioned here in my blogpost on the subject:
Prepression: Extracting Metadata to .CSV
I personally would use ExifTool as it is relatively fast and flexible (Iām happy to cover this in detail if required), however if you wish to use an Adobe Bridge script then you will need to see if the options you require have been put into the script (or modify the script if you have the knowledge to do so):
VRA Panel Export-Import Tool or Paul Riggottās Do It Yourself Metadata Input script.
If you search the Bridge and Bridge Scripting forums you will see that this comes up on a regular basis and that the answers are pretty much the same each time.
