Adobe thinks I'm in Panama when I'm in Colombia and won't let me download

Hi! I'm trying to buy the Adobe plan for Photographers but when it comes to paying it won't let me cause it says that the product is not available in Panama but I am in Colombia! In Colombia the Adobe plan is available but I don't know why he thinks I'm in Panama.
