LR6 [Program Hangs]

Every time I try to open the program, hangs on the initial screen and I see this photo indefinitely

is ridiculous and shameful that this happens and that there is no adequate assistance to solve these problems, I wasted hours and hours since the day I installed the new version without resolving the problem. All a waste of time and then re-use version 5
