I have a problem with Lightroom

Image size settings When I want to edit the picture I can not edit the length and width, so when I change the length and width numbers automatically change to 1000 ...

  So what is the solution to this problem

You may try and reset the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps, refer: Preference file and other file locations | Lightroom CC and 6
