I have pictures on a flashcard from a d4s and d500 Nikon camera.  My adobe photoshop will only recognize the d4s files but not the d500 files.  I have a mac os x version 10.9.5

I also use aperture  for pictures so I cannot my update my system anymore because then my aperture will not work.

can anyone help me?

Thank you

JR

Cameras supported by Camera Raw

The D4s was first supported in Camera Raw 8.4 (compatible with CS6 and CC)

The D500 was first supported in Camera Raw 9.5 (compatible with CC only)

If you're running CC, have you updated to Camera Raw 9.10 (current)?
