Really slow loading

Hello everybody.

I have one big problem with Photoshop CC 2017 and Premiere Pro CC 2017, i'll try AAE.

When i launch this programs i must wait about 1hr to load full application. After that i have lags in app for 10mins.

It started 3 days ago. I have CC 2017 version long time.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Now, i cant launch photoshop.

If all else fails and you have to re-install remember to use the cleaner tool first.
