I can`t save files as PDF - program error has occurred - WHY!?

I work on a mac with OS X (10.8.5) and I can´t save files as PDF from my Photoshop CS 6.

A new installation PS CS6 was done but there is still the error "The file could not see "XY.pdf" be saved because a program error has occurred. "

Maybe someone have an idea or can help me?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point (and re-installing does not necessarily achieve the same):
