Adobe After Effect Crashes Immediately Upon Importing

    I then go into Abobe After Effect,

   Click Import

   Click Ok, then Immediately Crashes 😕

Your document is in CMYK mode. Change it to RGB. And also crop the artboard to only where content is. Using a large artboard can easily amount to a huge comp and simply gobble up all your memory.
