Photoshop CS6 crashing

Good afternoon

I'm working with a apple Macos Sierra 10.12.1 and Photoshop CS6.  Everytime when I would like to save something, my photoshop is crashing.  When I try to do a updates for Photoshop the update app is crashing too.

What can I do for working with my Photoshop?

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences:

Close and relaunch Photoshop, and IMMEDIATELY hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences. you must be extremely fast on the keyboard (if you don’t see the confirmation prompt, you were too slow)

You may have to do it a couple of times before you get the hang of it!

When I click OK and I try to save or just closing the window ... it's still crashing

Sorry, I made a mistake.  Now i've got a other screen ... I think it works now

but I can't update, then it crash

There do appear to be issues with Photoshop CS6 and Sierra: Known issues - Running Photoshop CC on macOS 10.12 Sierra
