When I send an image to PS from LR I get a message saying LR/PS may require ACR version 9.8 please update from PS.

But when I check for update via CC is telling me everything is up to date.

Advise please

If everything is truly up to date you are seeing an error that was introduced in the latest update. The solution is to choose "Open Anyway" and check the box indicating "Don't Show Again" and wait for the next update.

Try from the PS menu:

Help >> Updates

Otherwise sign-out of CC desktop (gear icon >> preferences)

Then sign-in and wait for the apps to refresh.

Thanks for this

I think I know why, I had completely forgotten that I have temporarily suspended my account, I will be renewing again in a couple of days.

Thanks

I have re registered to CC and been in and out of my account.

LR still tells me I need ACR 9.8 but PS update tells me I'm uptodate.

Can I update ACR independent of PS.

Any help please.

You should be able to establish that ACR is up to date from the apps tab - see image below.

Also confirm that you are running LR 2015.8

Hi

I'm back with the same problem.

I have logged out of CC and back in again

Checked and it says my apps are up to date but the apps tell me the following versions

LR is 2015.8 and tells me ACR is 9.8

PS is version 2015.5.1 and ACR within PS tells me it's version 9.6.1.631

I have tied updating the apps with CC and it just tells me it's all upyodate.

Can you offer any further advice please.

Please see the attached screen shots.

I show up to date as you have shown but still get the same error msg going from LR to PS. In addition, cannot uninstall ACR.
