Hello Everyone,

I am relatively new to this software and I have been trying to learn it's ins and outs from scratch. Would anyone know how to assign a mp3 file to a specific puppet. I have a puppet set up and I can only seem to get it to lip sync the microphone input but not any actual recorded files that I've placed on the timeline. Any suggestions would be wonderful..

Thanks,

Thats helped a TON! Thank you so much. Also, I noticed that not all of the audio was detected by my puppet. Is there an option to manipulate that audio in Character animator?

Do you want to manipulate the audio, or the mouths chosen by Ch that correspond to the audio? If the latter, in Beta 5 you can use Timeline > Split Lip Sync into Visemes. But that creates a big "stair case" of visemes which are difficult to work with. In the forthcoming Beta 6 look for a much nicer way.
