So I tried to render my composition in media encoder CC 2017 and got this error:

Export Error

Error compiling movie.

Render Error

Render returned error.

Writing with exporter: H.264

Writing to file: \\?\C:\Users\HP\Desktop\AE Projects\montage2Intro_AME\Der Kreis_2.mp4

Writing file type: H264

Around timecode: 00:00:33:45 - 00:00:33:53

Rendering at offset: 33,750 seconds

Component: H.264 of type Exporter

Selector: 9

Error code: -1609629695

There is no extremly special effect at that time, it's actually just the video..

How full is your hard drive?

Try saving your AE project with a new name and encoding that.

Try rendering to a production codec out of AE's renderer queue and then use the resulting file in the Adobe Media Encoder to make the MP4.

Ok, so I tried it, but After Effects crashes at the same time where AME crashes. So it has to do something with the video?

It's getting worse. Everytime I try to do anything with the video/beginning of the video, AE crashes. If I put my timeindicator on the beginning, crash. Trying to delete the video, crash...

Where did this video file come from?

Do today's updates to the Adobe software help?

I just stopped working on the project. It worked when I tried it again in another project!

Same problem here - I got this:

Error compiling movie.

GPU Render Error

Unable to process frame.

Writing with exporter: QuickTime

Writing to file: D:\wip\Dunedin Suite\ProfileSophie (Financial & TMT).mov

Around timecode: 00:00:00:08

Rendering effect: AE.ADBE Lumetri

Rendering at offset: 0.320 seconds

Component: EffectFilter of type GPUVideoFilter

Selector: 9

Error code: -1609629695

I got a similar error when I tried rendering as an MP4.

My D drive has plenty of space, and works fine with every other app.
