It keeps saying that my trial has ended. But my entire Cloud is showing the apps as try/trials but I'm paying $20 to have full access to each app. Help asap need to finish assignments.
Go the CC icon and choose Preferences. Sign out and sign back in. Then go to Manage account and see what that says.
Also, confirm that you are signed in with the same Adobe ID you used when you made the payment. Sometimes people switch email addresses.
