if I cancel 9.99/month plan (1 year commitment) after I have used it for 2 month, how much adobe will charge me?

just only 19.98 usd or it will change me more for whole year?

They will charge you for 50% of the remaining contract.

So 10 months remaining x $9.99 x 50% = $49.95.
