I Can Not Log In To Adobe Document Cloud From Kindle Fire Tablet

"Sign In" button is inactive- just shows on screen does not respond to touch. Same with "Create Free Account" button.

Using Kindle Fire Tablet HD 8 (6th Generation)

Device is running Fire OS 5.3.3.0  (Please note that this is the Amazon version of Android [Fire OS] not a pure Android OS)

Adobe App

Adobe Acrobat Reader- From Amazon App Store

I do not see a version number or any other type ID number any where in the app but it was just downloaded from the Amazon App Store.

I have seen others complain of this problem but it seems that they just give up and move on.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please try turning off the Wi-Fi connection and see if that works?

If it doesn't, try relaunching the app and see if that helps.

Try using the Export PDF/ Create PDF option in the app and see if you are able to tap on Sign in.

Hi!

I am having the same issue on the Kindle Fire HD 8 7th generation. I tried logging in from create document and export pdf, and nothing happens when you click on the text field or the "sign in" button.

Any help would be appreciated,
