After backing up to Amazon Drive, most images in LR now appear only as low res previews. [was: Out of Focus]

Hello, I recently backed-up photos and LR to Amazon Drive. At least that was my plan, but actually I transferred everything to Amazon. Upon returning items to the computer I discovered that only the first 10-15% of my pictures are in focus. However, the pictures in the original folder are fine. Furthermore, LR will not download anything from my camera. Suggestions?

If it can't find the photos, then it is using a low-resolution preview to show you the image, and that's why the photo is pixelated (but not out of focus, that's something different).

To fix the problem in Lightroom, please follow these instructions: Adobe Lightroom - Find moved or missing files and folders Which is not surprising, that's to be expected if you moved the photos to Amazon Drive (if that's what you did, I'm not 100% clear, you didn't use the word "move")

Can you show us a screen capture that illustrates the problem?

Furthermore, LR will not download anything from my camera. Suggestions?

You'll have to give us a lot more details. Lots more details. Emphasis on "LOTS".

I seem to be downloading now, and additionally I see some of the 85% I said were out of focus are actually okay but most are out of focus. It looks like the navigator preview (best I can tell) is in focus. The screen shot I will attach demonstrates this well. Also didn't add, but LR is unable to locate any of my photos (except those I just downloaded), which I assumed was related to the focus issue. Thank you dj.
