spot healing brush and content aware move tools

I see to be having an issue finding the content aware move tool and the spot healing brush in my photoshop cc 2016 version.  What can i do?

There was no Photoshop CC2016.  It went straight from CC2015.5 to CC2017

Go to your tool bar and click and hold down on the 7th tool down in a single column bar (or left 4th down in a double column bar) you should be able to see both tools.

If not click and hold on the on the three dots to open Edit Toolbar, then "Restore Defaults"
