All watermark options are gone? What happened & how do I get them back?
That is not the Full Export dialog window. Please post a screen shot of the Full Window. It is more than likely some other setting you have selected that is causing this.
Or you can try deleting the LR Preferences file, have LR closed when doing that. LR will recreate it on the next startup of the program.

Please show a screen shot of the full export window. Could be you have collapsed the section for watermarks.

Well, I could not find the preferences file. I have Windows 10, and it is
not stored where they say it is. But, nevertheless, I finally solved the
problem. I just kept looking at all the checked options in preferences and
finally found what caused it. I don't understand why exactly, or how it got
checked. But it was saving the photos on export to "save for later" rather
than the file the photo was in. Once I changed this back, it gave em all my
old options for watermarking. So, the fact that you said something was
checked helped me. I just kept looking. thanks,

JSE is probably pointing in the right direction.
Make sure you are not exporting the file type as "original".
