Missing Data/Headers and Footers

Hello,

I hope I am posting this to the right community.

I am running into an issue when converting PDFs into Excel - it appears that the a few of the first lines on a page and a last few lines on a page disappear in converting to any excel format. I wanted to see what happened when I converted to word and it appears that these lines end up in a header and footer in word. Is there any way to get around this in settings I am missing?

Thanks!

Hi jonathanc90889662

By default, headers/footers are not exported to excel.

However, I have forwarded your concern to the engineering team.

We would look into it and get back to you as soon as we have a fix handy.

Thanks for your patience!

Regards,

Girija

Hi Girija,

thank you for looking into this. To provide a bit more information on the issue, when I attempt to update or remove any headers or footers in Acrobat, I get a notification that Acrobat cannot find any headers or footers in the file.

Hope that information helps,

thanks!
