License issue and a crashed computer

Als customer in Belgium encountered a breakdown of his Macbook computer equipped with a CS6 suite. He is now unable to deactivate his license and not in a position to install the suite on a new Macbook.

Is there a possible solution for such a case?

Contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask to have the activations reset to be sure that there are activations available for the new machine to use.  There are known problems associated with trying to install older products like CS6 on new Mac systems...
