After Effects doesn't open the previous files, and I've reinstalled already twice (I have an account)

Hey All,

I have an account for two computers for a Mac and for a PC.

Until now everything went well but recently the After Effects can't open the previous files on the PC.

What can be the problem?

When you say the files can't be opened, what do you mean? Are there error messages of any kind?

It starts to load but then stops it and looks like nothing happens.

Can you import these projects into new projects?
