Lines appear on photos brought into Photoshop Elements 10

When I bring all photos from this last set of pictures Elements 10 puts vertical lines through all of them.  They are not in the originals and they are not in other inferior products.   When I save them the lines appear on the new saved photo.

Hi DonalMetz,

Are you bringing your images from Photoshop elements to Photoshop or the vertical lines are appearing in Photoshop Elements itself?  If so which version of Photoshop are you using?
