Cannot create a new project

I click WebHelp and others on Start and nothing happens. I click File > New > Project and the Project Type box is empty.

Have you seen this before? I realize I can copy an existing project, rename it, empty it out. But that's wonkie. I reinstalled RH7 but that did not good.

Would appreciate some ideas.

The only thing I can think of is an uninstall and reinstall.

I am assuming that RH is installed on your C drive.

Thanks, Peter. I did try reinstalling but to no avail. I installed on another machine and am not having that problem. Weirdness.

On my site is an article about installing RH and for older versions it includes a link to Adobe's site which explains some registry entries that may need removing manually. RH7 has been changed and should clean the registry. You could see if the old article locates anything.

Be very careful, backup your registry and only do anything with the consent of your IT guys.

Also you could try a registry cleaner but again be very careful. They can be dangerous.
