Installing Adobe CS Extension builder

Dear Friends,

  I want to develop flash UI for Adobe illustrator CS6 plugin.

  I am new to develop flash UI.

  I have look at the  Developing page related to developing flashUI.

  Then I Installed Flash builder 4.6 trail.

  Now I want to install Extension builder 2.0 trail inside Flash Builder 4.6(Help > Install New Software).

I have searched a whole day but I can't find exact link to download the Extension builder 2.0 trail as ZIP.

  please give me the exact link(For both trail and Serial No key Versions).

  And I am having  couple of  doubts.

  1)Is Flash builder 4.6 and Extension builder 2.0 only enough to show Adobe Extension Project template in Flash builder 4.6?. (or) Is it is necessary to download Creative       Suite SDK?

  2)Is Extension builder and Creative Suite Extension builder are Same?

please guide me to develop the flashUI.

I built some flex extensions using Flash Builder when CS6 was first released, but don't remember all the details. I found a copy of Extension Builder 2 trial on my machine and have uploaded it to here (will expire after two months):
