That's a bit confusing. Do you need a version of AE where the characters in the application's interface are all in Arabic?
Or do you need AE to be capable of rendering out animations that contain Arabic Text?

Sorry, it's the second one... we're producing an Arabic version of a document that needs to have animated Arabic text
At the moment we're using a utility that reverses copied in text and has its own limited number of Arabic fonts, but it's long-winded and creatively limited.
No, there is no Arabic version of After Effects.
