When I close the Photoshop, shows me alarms again and again to save or not

When I close the Photoshop after massed work, the photoshop shows me alarms again and again to save or not, even though there are nothing to save. Is there anyone has same problem? I'm tired with cancle the same message.

Are you sure there are not other files minimised?  What screen mode do you normally work in?

Don't forget that you can choose to Close All Files (Ctrl Alt W).

If you get a dialog asking if you want to save changes, you can tick Apply to All

I usally use tap window mode. I'm sure there is no minimized widow.

The problem is, document what "Photoshop ask to save or not" doesn't exist.

I've already save and closed all documents, and there is no document opened on photoshop.

But photoshop ask me save or not for non exist document.

If I try to save, Photoshop shows error, "there is no document for save".

Anyway, Thank again.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
