Are you working inside Muse? Where / in which version (desktop/tablet/phone) do you add a new page?

If you add a new page to desktop, you have to do the same to tablet and phone. There´s no automatic way.

If the page could be added by "duplicate" and only the content is different, but the layout stays the same, it is more easy for you but you have to add pages for each version inside muse.

Does this help?
