AE Preview pannel empty

my preview pannel isnt complete on after effect CC 2017 14.1.0.57

I cannot change the framerate

With CPU & GPU still the same pannel

same as this problem:

Problem with tracker window

you need to expand the window or reset your workspace or work without stacked panels etc.

But, while we're at it, may I recommend you try the update that came out yesterday? 14.2 has a TON of useful new features.
