Let OAM file scroll with page

Sorry if there's been something posted about this, I can't seem to find an answer anywhere...

I'm building a website using Adobe Muse -- I've created an animated title and imported it as a .oam file, my problem is it doesn't scroll with the page. This is very frustrating. Any ideas?
