Hi There

Just thinking of upgrading my StockABO from 10 up to the 750. My question is if the 750 per month add on by every month?

So if i have 350 left in on month, do i have 1100 in the next month or is there a reset each month? Couldn`t find the info.

Thanks for helping.

Greetings from Ingo

Hi Ingo

Sorry, no.

With the 750 subscription, there is no rollover at all.  On the monthly renewal date you start again with an allocation of 750 images.

With the 10 subscription, you can rollover up to a maximum of 120 images.

Thanks

Hi Ingo

With the 750 images/month plan, unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

From the FAQ: Common Questions, Adobe Stock

What happens if I don’t use all my monthly licenses in a given month?

With a small subscription plan, which includes 10 images a month, unused downloads carry over to the next month as long as your subscription is active. The carryover limit is 120 downloads. With large subscriptions, which include 750 downloads per month, unused downloads do not roll over.

Thanks

Bev

Hi Bev

Thnaks for your quick response. So if there are 120 or more left in the 750 subscription...just 120 will roll over in the next month?

Thanks
