Annoying "accept incoming connection" pop-up in Photoshop

Recently, whenever I have started PS (or LR sometimes) I have been getting a pop-up window which appears for a fraction of a second. It is difficult to read in such a short time but I think it is asking to "Accept" or "Deny" some incoming connection. Sometimes it will appear every few seconds and other times every few minutes. Because it takes focus it interrupts my cursor movement which is getting quite annoying! Anyone any ideas what might be causing it?

Using latest PS/LR CC version (2017.1.0), on MacBook Pro, latest macOS (10.12.4)

Please take a look at this discussion Déjà Vu with "accept incoming network connections" and let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Akash,

Thank you for the suggestion, which I've looked at. Because it is not consistent, this is a very tricky problem to diagnose! I think it may have something to do with the CC file syncing - I've tried pausing it and, so far, I haven't seen the pop-up. However, until I've used it like that for a while I'll have to reserve judgment.
