I have a pdf doc that when I attach it an email attaches within the body as an image/open file on my Mac. I do not want it to be in the body but would prefer that readers only see file content when they click and open the attachment. How do I do this?

I figured it out. By selecting (right click) the image/doc, a menu appears with options including viewing options. I selected view as icon rather than view as image which was what it was set on prior.
