Lightroom importing ratings stars and colors

Lightroom CC 2017 recently started importing all images with 5 stars and purple color.  I can't figure out where to turn this off.  I have looked in preferences and in the "apply during import" dialogue and don't see anything that is set for this.

In the Import window, is Apply During Import > Metadata set to None?

Thank you so much.  I had a preset to add my copyright info.  I have no idea how the rating and color label got changed there.  Much appreciate the help.
