It just wont download it.

So everytime I try downloading Adobe Experience design it just opens my creative cloud and doesn't do anything.

can anyone help me please?

Are you on Mac or Windows? If you're on Windows, please check your OS's version number - we only support Windows 10 Anniversary Edition or above.

It says that my windows is up to date.

I think I do have the Anniversary update.
