hello. Acrobat DC crashes when using the underline instrument. It happens randomly. The program just begin to be "flashy" then open a smaller window in the foreground infront of another one in the background (both showing nothing). It freezes in this situation and have to shout it down. The windows system app generates a report with an app error id 1000. I also generated a report within the reader itself you can read it below ... any idea?

Thanks for the detailed description.

Hope that you have you checked Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows.

If not, then you may try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the help doc and try resetting the preferences and see if that helps.

Already did both steps. I also already reinstalled the software (erasing all components on my pc after) and also used the correction tool within adobe. I'd like to say again that this issue comes up only when using the underline instrument. I screnshotted the app when crashes, you can find it attached.

Screenshot (322).png thanks.
