Latest Photoshop appeared to install correctly (cloud) but nothing changed

I just updated the suite, using the Creative Cloud desktop app. Everything seemed to install without any issues. I opened Photoshop and went to the "About" window. It showed that I was running Photoshop 2017.1. There were no changes in my UI. I went to the install folder and found that all of the files had a "Date modified" date of "3/9/17." The sub-folders in my install folder (Adobe Photoshop CC 2017) all had the "Date modified" date of 4/21/17. The files in the sub-folders all had the "Date modified" dates of "3/9/17." I don't know what happened but it looks like the Creative Cloud App reinstalled PS version 2017.1. Both Windows Uninstaller and Revo Uninstaller Pro show a new PS installation to the install folder.

I'm confused. Should my PS "About" window show ver. 2017.2 or ver. 2017.1. Thanks.

Under the 'Help' menu select 'System info' and look at the first line in the dialog box . It should read

Adobe Photoshop Version: 2017.1.0 20170309.r.207 2017/03/09:23:00:00 CL 1107877  x64

There were no interface changes made in the most recent update and so you will not see any difference.

That is exactly what it reads.

"Adobe Photoshop Version: 2017.1.0 20170309.r.207 2017/03/09:23:00:00 CL 1107877  x64"

Thank you, very much.
