Hey all,
New to forum but i am using Elements 11 and no matter what i put into it, it cuts off a few seconds at the end of the video...but when i play the video without using elements its still there. This is before any editing or uploading..just a simple drag and drop and its missing. Any help will be great!

Typically screen recording software will record video with a variable frame rate. That can cause problems with a lot of editors including Premiere Elements. It might even vary depending on what you are recording.
Premiere Elements is not a universal, edit everything program. It is aimed at editing footage from video cameras in several common file types. Screen recorders can have trouble making those standard file types.
A common fix is to process the clips through Handbrake or equivalent to

What model of camcorder is the video coming from? What is the file format and resolution of the video?
What operating system are you using?
Do you have Quicktime 7 installed, per the program's requirements?

I do not have quicktime 7..its a recording from bandicam. Ive never had this issue before with bandicam. Send it to elements and it cuts off last few seconds..using windows 10

I agree with Bill. Bandicam's formatting is likely the issue.
Convert the file to a constant frame rate video with Handbrake and your issues will likely disappear.
