I'm using Draw 3.1.66 and Creative Cloud app 3.2.1335
It looks like my drawings are not saving to the cloud. The files seem to save on close, and then are not visible in the app. I checked my cloud account online, but I don't see the updated files. This has happened twice, and I don't want to continue any projects if the cloud or app is unreliable.
Issue one: I want to know if there is a way to get the files back.
Issue two: How can this saving problem be avoided.

I'm really sorry about your art not syncing. Your work should automatically sync to Creative Cloud over a wifi connection. There have been some random syncing issues in Draw for Android but it certainly should not be happening to all of your drawings.
A few questions (you can use the in-app feedback if you prefer; the device and app information will auto-populate the email😞
* What device are you using and what version of the Android OS?
* The drawings are not showing up on your device or in your Mobile Creations - Draw folder?
* How is the wifi connection on your device?
* By any chance did you register the app in China?
* Have you tried signing out of Draw and signing back in?

Hi Sue,
The e-mail follows a very bad 72 hours after mistakenly trying to set up an iCloud account and buy some storage… after many frustrating hours I was able to come up with a solution that will work. Thanks for all your non-help. sy
