How to Quickly separate all RAW images in LR library

I need some assisatnce. I have about 20,000 images in Lightroom with the preponderance being in JPEG. I have not used keywords for RAW or JPEG. How can I find all my RAW images so I can create a collection or folder. I know RAW should be in the metadata. How can I retrieve all my RAW images? Thank you.
