premiere element photo in video

Hello,
When I add personal photos in my video, they are not net (tangled) when the video turns but very clear when pause on the picture. Why? And how to resolve the situation so that it is clear during the video

To change the quality of the playback, ctrl-click inside the monitor panel. Select Playback Quality > Highest. The CPU usage and RAM consumption of your computer increases when you change the setting to Highest.

And then render (press Enter) your timeline whenever you see a yellow-orange line along the top of the timeline.
