Can I Export Hex codes from PS CS6 to Excel?

I have product color swatches saved in my swatch library in PS. I'm working on a new website and need the hex codes. I wonder if there is a way to export them along with the name of the color into an Excel file.

I am using Windows Windows 10, PS CS6 and Excel (Office 365)

I have some knowledge but am in no way a techie so simple explanations would be appreciated
