YouTube doesn't use Flash for videos anymore.  They use HTML5 video.  The link you posted isn't to YouTube and has been deleted.  This topic is about 1 year old.  Due to browser technology updates and changed, whatever was relevant to this discussion 1 year ago is no longer relevant.  Locking this discussion.
