Inconsistency with system requirements!

Hello guys! Help me, please, with this problem. Adobe writes me that my PC does not meet the system requirements! How so ?! Windows 10, 64-bit. 8 GB of RAM. The processor - Intel i5-3570 3,4 GHz. The video card is amp 7850! Help me please!!!

And what are your screeen settings? Most of the time peopel are ignorant of this alltogether and try to run this stuff on measly notebooks with small screens. Your description fits that assumption perfectly...

What is your screen resolution? As Mylenium mentions, there is a minimum requirement for that.
