Trouble with update on Issue 6.9?

The software has stuck in issue 6.9. I have tried several methods but the oftware says it is up to date. I am not a member of the Cloud Photographic group but bought the software from Adobe. In the past it updated but not now. The cloud app when run states the application is up to date.

You can download the latest update from the following website:

Download Photoshop Lightroom

Click on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 and download the topmost update. The update is for BOTH Lightroom CC and Lightroom 6. It will update whichever installation you have.
