Hi, there
I have a serious problem about my After effects.
I could use the program yesterday but I can not today and I don't what happened.
It shows "After effects can't continue: Licensing Error"
"Your subscription entitles you to Chinese Simplified product versions. Pleas verify the language settings in your OS, browser, and software download are set to Chinese Simplified. If you continue to have Installation issues, please contact support."
I can use other products like PS, PR normally so I am really confused right now.
My PC system is Chinese Traditional so install Chinese Traditional.
Previous Update only this,but can pass Enter can After effects run.
This problem in latest update and After effects no working. It's Terrible !!

1.uninstall (解除安裝)
2.restart PC (重新開機)
3.creative cloud set (設定adobe的創意雲軟體語系)
4.reinstall AE (重新安裝)
5.restart PC (重新開機)

Not yet, right now I just installed previous version of Ae, then it works. I think it's the latest update's bug.

I hope adobe can fix the latest update's bug quickly, because of it make my
work have to do once again.

時華科技 and 梓匡王9796126 what language do you have your operating system set too? Have you adjusted the OS language to Chinese Simplified? Do you then receive the same error?
In addition what language do you have the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application set to install your Creative Cloud applications in? The language setting can be found in the preferences of the Creative Cloud desktop app.

I used Creative Cloud Preferences English and reinstall.
Receive the same error in Creative Cloud.

Thanks for the update 時華科技 but the error is indicating your Creative Cloud membership is for the Chinese Simplified language only. If you change the language from English to Chinese Simplified, and then reinstall After Effects CC 2017, are you able to install and run the software successfully? Or do you still receive the message that you need to set the language to Chinese Simplified?

Same problem here, my mac pro system is Chinese Traditional, but my AE say the Chinese Simplified error too.
BUT PS and Illustrator just goes well...

We got a same bug as well! Our user encountered this problem couple days already,
He tried to reinstall several times still failed got same same error message.
When I read your information sharing and ask him to follow your instructin to it.
He is very happy to told me after 30 minutes, the problem is solved already.
