Since today, Lightroom CC 2015.10 crashs in development modul on my desktop computer. Sometimes it crashs when I switch to next picture in development modul. Sometimes it crashes when I switch from library to development modul

When I open it in Visual Studio 2017 debugger I get following details:

Ausnahmefehler bei

0x000000006E2336E7 (atio6axx.dll) in lightroom.exe: 0xC0000005:

I found the reason. It was a new AMD display driver version 17.4.2

After deinstallation and reinstalltion of version 17.3.3 it works

I was having the same issue with 17.4.2. Now using 17.4.3 I can re-enable hardware acceleration without having a crash in Lightroom.

In the end, I had to again disable Hardware Acceleration since Lightroom was again crashing. I am going to have to go back to 17.3.3 if I want to enable HW acceleration.

Downgraded to 17.3.3 and the crashes are effectively gone.

I went to update my AMD 5700 video driver & it wanted to update to 17.4.3  The AMD software recommended staying at 15.7.1 for best compatibility.  So now I'm not sure which to do.  Newest Lightroom crashes when I go from Develop to any other module, or when I try to delete a photo, or sometimes go to another photo.  Really slowing me down.  I called support last week and it worked for 2 days.  Today I even uninstalled LR & the installed it back.  Still a problem.
