Unknown C++ Exception in LR Books

I'm trying to access the books module in Lightroom, but every time I click on it I get the error "Unknown C++ Exception".  What do I need to do to fix this? I've tried restarting the program and the computer and I've checked for updates.

Could you please take a look at this article Troubleshoot C++ runtime errors | Adobe products | Windows and then try reinstalling Lightroom if that doesn't help?
