I just had to replace the computer which I bought photoshop for. I have all of the discs but the new computer does not have a disc drive. Do I need to purchase Photoshop again if I have the serial number to my old one?

Download the version for your operating system, install then enter your serial number,

Plug in disk drives are cheap and easy to use. But bear in mind old software may not run on a new system. Photoshop is now subscription only.
